ROUTINE PLANNED MAINTENANCE SERVICES
Service team provides “routine planned maintenance” and urgent repairs. We do two services per year to keep your machines in excellent working conditions. It also in line with the Manufacturer’s recommendation to maintain services annually. However, we are happy to schedule service contracts according to individual needs.
INDUCTIONS – EVERY SINGLE DAY
We provide inductions for all our clients to ensure safety and operating procedures are met to satisfaction.
Induction is mandatory for all users.
An induction takes 15-30 minutes and are available in the following timeslots:
Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5.00 pm (standard fee only)
After hours: 6.00 am-8.00 am and 5.00pm-8.00pm (additional fees apply)
Scheduled inductions are carried out through weekend / public holidays (conditions apply)
All users are expected to follow our induction manual. Vehicles dimensions are checked prior to allocation.
Note: Changes to the vehicle body must be informed, as it requires a new induction or fines apply. The service provider must clear unauthorized parking as it reduces technical faults within the systems.

Can I book an induction on the weekends?
Yes, We do schedule inductions on the weekends, Public holidays and afterhours until 8.00 PM (additional charges apply).
Do I need my car for the induction?
Of course, you need to have your car for the induction. (no car no induction)
Can other drivers use my car space?
No, strictly prohibited! This is for your own safety and the safety of others.
What can I do if the system breaks?
Please try to reset the system or give us a buzz.
